The CLTA is looking forward to welcoming you as a sponsor of events for the 103rd Annual Convention at the Four Seasons Aviara. Your support of the title industry is sincerely appreciated by all CLTA members.
Following are the sponsorship levels and events:
PLATINUM LEVEL at $4,000 sponsors the following events:
- Gold Level, plus Golf Tournament,
- Icebreaker Reception, and
- Dinner including Entertainment, with the opportunity to enhance by providing
- Logo'd room keys
- Goodie bags for registrants
GOLD LEVEL at $2,000 sponsors the following events:
- Silver Level, plus Business Sessions,
- Dinner Reception, and the
- Closing Breakfast
SILVER LEVEL at $1,000 sponsors the following brochures:
- Registration Brochure, and the
- Convention Program Brochure
As a sponsor, your company will:
- Receive recognition in the Convention program
- Receive recognition during Convention on banners and signage at appropriate events (listed above)
- Receive recognition in all Convention promotional mailings
- Receive recognition on www.clta.org and the CLTA eNews
- Receive a second CLTA delegate/spouse registration FREE (with 1 paid delegate registration from your company)
- The opportunity to provide a small promotional item for goodie bags and a single page flyer or brochure to be included in the onsite registrant packets (to be received by the CLTA office no later than April 15th)
Depending on the sponsorship level, sponsors may request to provide promotional items for that sponsorship level's corresponding event(s). For example, a gold level sponsor may request to provide printed cocktail napkins and cups for the dinner reception, or a platinum level sponsor could provide golf towels for the tournament, etc. These arrangements should be made directly through the CLTA by contacting Heather Starkey, Convention Coordinator at 916-444-2647 or by email at hs@clta.org.
