Withdrawal of Creditors' Rights Endorsements

The CLTA withdrawal of the ALTA/CLTA creditors’ rights endorsements was accepted by the Department of Insurance and effective March 15, 2010.  The endorsement forms were ALTA Endorsement Forms 21 and 21-06, which were filed by CLTA and denoted as CLTA Endorsement Forms 131 and 131-06. The withdrawal of these forms follows decertification of the ALTA Endorsement Form 21-06 by the ALTA Board. ALTA Endorsement Form 21 had previously been replaced by ALTA Endorsement Form 21-06.
