Solar Article Mentions CLTA
A recent legal article entitled Revised Solar Shade Control Act: Trees versus Solar Energy, mentions amendments added at the request of the CLTA to legislation concerning the recorded “Notice of an Independent Solar energy Producer Contract”. The article also notes CLTA’s concern with treating the recording system as a “bulletin board” for notices which do not constitute a title defect, lien or encumbrance.
