Creditors' Rights Article Published
Creditors’ Rights coverage in a real estate transaction was the subject of a recent article in the California Real Property Journal. The article reviews coverage available and the need for lawyers to understand the law in order to negotiate title coverage. Common examples of transactions which pose special creditors’ rights issues are discussed along with the underwriting issues.
