CLTA Creates Agents Section
The CLTA Board approved a new Agents Section for underwritten title companies. Plans are for the section to meet at least once per year during or immediately before the annual convention. The section is authorized to (1) seek regular informational updates from CLTA senior officers; (2) consider industry-related issues of special or general interest to UTCs; (3) make recommendations or reports to CLTA senior officers or this Board as section members deem necessary and appropriate; and (4) otherwise act in pursuit of the interest of UTCs in general.
