Creditors’ Rights Endorsements Withdrawn
The CLTA is withdrawing ALTA/CLTA creditors’ rights endorsements on file with the California Department of Insurance in approximately 30 days. The endorsement forms are ALTA Endorsement Forms 21 and 21-06. These forms are designed as CLTA Endorsement Forms 131 and 131-06. The withdrawal follows decertification of the ALTA Endorsement Form 21-06 by the ALTA Board. ALTA Endorsement Form 21 was previously replaced by ALTA Endorsement Form 21-06.
