Condo Act Revisions
The California Law Revision Commission (CLRC) has proposed revisions to the Davis-Sterling Act governing common interest developments. The revisions are designed to improve the Act’s organization and make it easier to understand and use, and implement noncontroversial improvements. The recommendation must pass the Legislature to become effective. The recommendation can be viewed at http://www.clrc.ca.gov/H850.html.
