Foreclosure Postponement Bill Passes Assembly
Assembly Bill 2347 (Feuer), a bill that would allow a public entity to postpone a foreclosure sale through written notice to the Trustee, has passed out of the State Assembly and is now awaiting assignment in the Senate Rules Committee. To exercise the postponement request the public entity has to have some interest in the property such as a regulatory agreement or recorded deed restriction.
