HUD Clarifies Flat-Fee Disclosure

HUD has clarified procedures for disclosing real estate broker and agent commissions. A flat-fee commission as well as a (percentage-based) commission can be collected and disclosed on a single line of the HUD-1. The clarification was contained in a letter from HUD.
