2009 Summary of Legislation - Available Soon!
The CLTA Legislative Committee completed the bill selection process for the 2009 edition of the CLTA’s Annual Summary of Legislation at its bi-annual meeting late last month. Of the 37 chaptered bills put before the Committee for consideration, 32 were deemed to be of sufficient interest to the land title industry for publication in the Summary.
The Summary of Legislation, which summarizes bills and cases deemed to be of interest or import to the land title industry, is expected to be available for download and viewing via the CLTA’s Website in early December.
