Groupon for Real Estate

Real estate news service Inman News has reported that a Chicago-based real estate brokerage offered $1,000 cash at closing to buyers or sellers purchasing a $25 Groupon. Inman stated that less than 12 hours after it was made available, the Groupon offer was rapidly approaching the 50-buyer minimum.
