NAIC Stat Plan Guidelines Released
The first draft of guidelines for implementing the NAIC title agent stat plan was recently released for comments intended to lead to a revised draft. The guidelines are a follow-up to the title agent data call finalized in August by the NAIC Title Statistical Plan Working Group. The group was scheduled to discuss a revised draft on December 16th. The CLTA has been following the efforts of the NAIC and expects that the final plan and guidelines are unlikely to impact the California Statistical Plan adopted by the California Department of Insurance.
