Stoelker Appointed Judge

CLTA Affiliate member James Stoelker has been appointed by Governor Schwarzenegger to the Santa Clara County Superior Court. Jim has been a principal at Mount and Stoelker since 1988. His background in the title industry dates from the late seventies when he served as a staff litigation attorney with Western Title Insurance Company.  Jim is a long time Santa Clara County resident who graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law.
