Revised TSG Effective
A revised TSG form is now effective for issuance in California. The TSG form is clearer and now has a new Schedule A that incorporates all of the assuring provisions previously found on the Face Page and an “Exclusions From Coverage” section, previously found in a generic Schedule of Exclusions From Coverage for all CLTA Guarantees. The TSG Conditions have been modified specifically to fit the new TSG form without removing any prior coverage.
