ALTA Acts on Endorsements and Policies
The ALTA recently revised 12 existing endorsements, adopted four new endorsements and decertified several policy forms, including the ALTA Master Residential Loan Policy and Residential Loan Certificate. One of the new endorsements concerning severable improvements may gain traction as wind and solar projects increase. See ALTA explanation of the forms.
