2010 Summary of Legislation and New Cases – Available in December in New Format
The CLTA Legislative Committee completed the bill selection process for the 2010 edition of the CLTA's Annual Summary of Legislation at its bi-annual meeting late last month. Of the 40 chaptered bills reviewed by the Committee, 28 were deemed to be of sufficient interest to the title industry for publication in the Summary. For the third year in a row, the Summary of Legislation will include new cases of importance to the title industry.
The Summary of Legislation, which summarizes bills and cases deemed to be of interest or import to the land title industry, is expected to be available for download and viewing via the CLTA's website in early December.
