Jones wins Insurance Commissioner Race
Democratic candidate for California Insurance Commissioner Dave Jones handily defeated Republican opponent Mike Villines.
Dave Jones is a graduate from Harvard Law School and has served three terms in the California State Assembly. This past legislative session Jones authored AB 1011, which adopted green investment principles for insurance company investments under the Community Development Investment program overseen by the Department of Insurance.
