CLTA Revises ALTA Survey of State Law
At the request of the ALTA, the CLTA has revised the California section of the ALTA Title Insurance Regulatory Survey. The Survey is a summary of the laws and regulations impacting title companies operations in California. The California Title Insurance Survey was last revised in 2009 and is published by the American Land Title Association.
