CoreScore to Supplement FICO
CoreLogic has introduced CoreScore to supplement data from national credit bureaus to provide lenders with information that previously would not have customarily appeared in a credit report. The supplemental information will come from proprietary databases that include:
- Property Ownership and mortgage obligation records
- Property legal filing and tax assessments
- Consumer-specific liens, judgments and child-support obligations
