Legislative Proposal (BLS-2012-04)
The State Bar’s Insolvency Law Committee (ILC) proposes to extend anti-deficiency protection prospectively, commencing January 1, 2013, to refinances of the then outstanding principal balance. The legislation may be introduced in the 2010 session of the Legislature.
