This year’s CLTA-PAC Golf Tournament, in conjunction with CLTA's 106th Annual Convention, is slated to be held at the stunning Ocean Course at Half Moon Bay Golf Links, ranked by Golf Digest as the “#18 Golf Resort in North America” and lauded by the New York Times as “the Pebble Beach experience just up the coast.” Opened in 1997, the Ocean Course quickly earned accolades from critics, including being named to Golf Digest’s “Top Ten Best New Upscale Courses” list.
The course, which gets its name from the views of the Pacific Ocean which are present at every hole, uses highly regarded course design to give players a varied and rewarding experience while keeping play swift. Designed by award-winning golf architect Arthur Hills, it is a “firm and fast links course with an authentic Scottish soul. Fairways are separated by coastal mounding and native fescue, while open green fronts and creatively designed green surrounds support a variety of playing options.” The three finishing holes have been praised as among the best in course design.
Spots for this event are limited, so make sure to keep an eye on your inbox, or the Annual Convention page on the CLTA website, over the next few weeks for registration information!
