Los Angeles County Request Proposals for Title Investigation and Reporting Services
The County of Los Angeles Treasurer and Tax Collector is requesting proposals for the provision of title investigation and reporting services. A Title Investigation and Reporting Services contractor will provide data to identify lien holders and any persons holding title and all recorded documents affecting tax defaulted property in order to make notification required by law.
