CLTA Files Updated Guarantee Form No. 22 – Trustee’s Sales Guarantee

The CLTA filed a revised Guarantee Form No. 22, Trustee's Sale Guarantee, to add a new paragraph naming any association required to get notice as a result of recent legislation.  A new information item was also added regarding the California Foreclosure Prevention Act.
