Department of Insurance Announces Enforcement Actions Under SB 133
Department of Insurance Commissioner Steve Poizner recently announced several enforcement actions under the "new title insurance law." The actions taken by the Department included the imposition of both a penalty and temporary suspension against the title marketing representatives in question.
