CLTA Executive Vice President attends NAIC Working Group Meeting

CLTA Executive Vice President Craig C. Page attended the National Association of Insurance Commissioners’ Spring Meeting in San Diego this past Monday, in order to participate in the NAIC’s Title Insurance Working Group Meeting. Mr. Page’s attendance comes at a time when the NAIC is considering a nationwide statistical plan, and the California Department of Insurance, under Insurance Commissioner Steve Poizner, is proposing modifications to its own statistical plan, which was originally adopted in 2007.
