CLTA Filing Updated Trustee Sales Guarantee.

The CLTA Board of Governors approved the filing of the updated Trustee Sales Guarantee as recommended by the CLTA Forms & Practices Committee. The revised form calls attention to the new law regarding foreclosures and contacting borrowers.
