The California Land Title Association is pleased to announce a new format for the Annual Directory, to be published in January, 2009. The Annual Directory is a key tool used by title companies, attorneys, banks, mortgage bankers and other companies and individuals. Over 5,000 copies of the Annual Directory are distributed to members and other industry professionals throughout the year. The CLTA Directory is the publication you need to reach California’s title industry.
This year, the CLTA has contracted with an outside publishing company, Naylor LLC, for the publishing of this important reference tool. Naylor LLC has an impressive track record and over 39 years of experience with trade association publications.
Although the content of the Annual Directory will remain the same (listing our Regular, Associate and Affiliate members and their offices by county) the look and feel of the Annual Directory will change to a more updated, professional full-color, tabbed, spiral bound layout. We are confident that both current and new advertisers will find many advertising levels to choose from. See Online Media Kit (pdf).
While the CLTA will continue to collect and manage the member data, Naylor LLC will be responsible for obtaining the advertising, layout and final publishing.
The CLTA staff is excited about this new partnership with Naylor LLC and are confident that they will provide us with a top-quality publication that will enhance the reputation of our trade association and membership!
A general timeline for the Annual Directory is as follows:
August 15 – September 15
Naylor LLC to contact current advertisers, members and finally non-members for advertising opportunities.
August 19
CLTA Directory forms mailed to Regular Member Title Company Homeoffices. (Note that Affiliate and Associate Directory forms were mailed as part of the membership renewal process in early July).
September 18
IMPORTANT - ALL DIRECTORY FORMS DUE TO CLTA OFFICE.
