Dave Jones wins General Election Race for California Insurance Commissioner

Democratic candidate for California Insurance Commissioner Dave Jones handed his Republican opponent, Mike Villines, a solid defeat on Election Night, receiving close to 50.7% of the vote to Villines' 37.7% with 97% of precincts reporting. Dave Jones has served three terms in the California State Assembly, and is a graduate from Harvard Law School.
