Outgoing Insurance Commissioner Poizner Highlights his Accomplishments

Outgoing Insurance Commissioner Steve Poizner issued a press release this week highlighting his successes during his tenure as Insurance Commissioner of California. Listed among them was the establishment of a "first-of-its-kind title sales licensing system to successfully eliminate illegal kickbacks to Realtors." The entire "Four-Year Summary Report" can be viewed in greater detail on the California Department of Insurance website; the title marketing representative licensing program enacted under SB 133 is highlighted on page 18 of the report.
