Property Records Education Partners (PREP) Annual Meeting in Sacramento on Wednesday, December 7, 2011

PREP has announced the time and location for their annual in-person meeting for Wednesday, December 7th, 2011, at the Hyatt Regency in Sacramento, CA Please see the flyer for details. A number of important topics will be discussed at this meeting, including assessment of this past year, planning for future conferences, subject matter for future discussion topics, and a potential formal split of the California PREP group into two halves (Northern and Southern).

By participating in a local PREP Chapter, you will have the opportunity to focus on local industry problems and join in finding solutions by networking more effectively with other members of the industry. New technologies and national standards require expanded educational opportunities, which are offered through the local PREP Chapter. Through the local PREP Chapter, we can share information more effectively, mutually consider legislative needs, and by working together, provide the best possible service to the public.
The Property Records Education Partners (PREP) program was founded in 2002 through an alliance of the American Land Title Association (ALTA), American Escrow Association (AEA), International Association of Clerks, Recorders, Election Officials and Treasurers (IACREOT), and the National Association of County Recorders, Election Officials & Clerks (NACRC). To provide long-term, stable foundation for PREP, it has been designated an official work group of the Property Records Industry Association (PRIA).
