GAO Issues Title Insurance Report

The United States Government Accountability Office (GAO) has issued a report to the Ranking Committee Member, Committee on Financial Services, House of Representatives regarding Title Insurance. The 74 page report is entitled “Actions Needed to Improve Oversight of the Title Industry and Better Protect Consumers.”
