The CLTA will host its 106th Annual Convention at the Ritz Carlton Half Moon Bay in Half Moon Bay, California (April 28-30, 2013)
We are excited to invite your company to be a sponsor at CLTA’s upcoming Annual Convention where the largest gathering of California’s title insurance industry will meet together in Half Moon Bay.
The CLTA Annual Convention brings together the entire title industry to discuss legislative and regulatory matters at both the state and federal level and to explore new trends and issues facing the industry. Annual Convention sponsors find that they experience significant benefits from the exposure to CLTA Members, including the CLTA Board of Governors, title insurers and underwritten title companies.
Over the course of the conference, approximately 200 attendees will have the chance to hear speakers on a variety of industry topics and network with top level industry professionals, as well as enjoy a myriad of culinary and entertainment delights on the impressive Northern California coastline.
Through our Sponsorship Packages, your organization can be recognized as a leader and supporter of the title industry at this year’s Annual Convention. Our three-tiered sponsorship approach (Platinum, Gold & Silver levels) makes sponsorship possible for organizations of various sizes to find a sponsorship package that fits their needs, targeted audience and budget. It is our goal for you to feel your sponsorship dollars are well spent and to provide you with concentrated exposure to the Annual Convention attendees.
Enhancement Opportunities for Added Company Exposure:
CLTA has a number of Enhancement Opportunities available in which sponsors can add to their desired Sponsorship Package to bring further exposure to those in attendance at the Annual Convention.
All enhancements are listed on the Sponsorship Reservation Form and, depending on the sponsorship level, may include opportunities (including additional recognition) such as:
The Enhancement Opportunities (which do require additional fees) are on a first come, first served basis… we are also open to ideas that you may have that are not contained on our list!
We hope that your organization will choose to partner with us and become a proud sponsor of CLTA’s 106th Annual Convention! For any questions regarding sponsorship, please contact Heather Starkey, Convention Coordinator, at email@example.com.
Thank you for your consideration of sponsoring this important industry event!
