C.A.R. Releases New Forms

The California Association of Realtors released new and revised standard forms on June 24. The most significant revision is to the Purchase Agreement, which was updated to remove the buyer's affirmation concerning the buyer representation agreement. 

​There are also new advisories relating to rental properties and sellers remaining in possession after the close of escrow, as well as a new Team Exit Agreement.
