​The CLTA is pleased to welcome a new underwritten title company as a Regular Member of the association.

​The CLTA Presidential Award is an award given by the current CLTA President, and is intended to formally recognize individuals who have performed exemplary work to the benefit of the title industry. 

​The CLTA Board of Governors elected the following Officers to serve from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.

I am saddened to share that David Windle, a long-time member of the CLTA F&P Committee and CLTA Board, CLTA Past President, and respected colleague, recently passed away.

Former CLTA President Margaret Serrano Foster (2007-08) passed away March 25, 2026, from complications of Alzheimer’s disease. Margaret was a 4th generation Arizonian who had a forty-five-year tenure in the title business. At various points in her career, Margaret held executive positions with Minnesota, Commonwealth, LandAmerica, and Old Republic title companies.
