Fidelity Adds S.V.P. of Agency Technology Strategy

Fidelity National Financial announced that Shawn Fox has joined FNF Agency Operations as senior vice president of agency technology strategy.  ​In this role, Fox will work directly with the internal FNF agency operations and independent title agents across the FNF agency network to identify technology opportunities, strengthen cybersecurity, improve operational performance, and help agencies prepare for the future of AI-enabled title and settlement operations.

Fox brings more than 20 years of experience serving the title insurance and settlement industry, with expertise spanning artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, technology strategy, operational efficiency and business growth.

Throughout his career, he has focused on helping title agencies adopt practical technology solutions that improve productivity, security and profitability.

“I’m incredibly excited to step into this role and begin working directly with FNF’s agency partners,” Fox said in a release. “Having spent more than two decades in the title industry, I understand both the challenges agencies face and the opportunities ahead. This role further expands the consultative model FNF provides to its title agents and strengthens the technology strategy capabilities within Enterprise Solutions. Fox will work closely with FNF’s agency customers to assess their technology environments, identify opportunities for AI and automation, strengthen cybersecurity practices, and develop strategies designed to support greater efficiency, scalability, and long-term growth.
