The CLTA Forms & Practices – Policy Updates & Related Cases Group is looking for volunteers, and we’d love for you to consider joining if you are with a CLTA member title company. Unsure if your title company is a member of CLTA? Go to our online Member Search, and enter your title company’s name. If it comes up, your company is a member!  

This is the group that reviews, revises, and proposes the industry forms and practices used statewide in the business of title insurance. It also evaluates and recommends best practices for title insurance operations in California through publishing the Manual of Title Practices. With work organized into focused sub-sections, there's a natural entry point for every area of expertise.

Why join? Committee service is one of the fastest ways to build your professional network, sharpen your own expertise, and contribute to the resources the next generation of title professionals will learn from. If you’ve built knowledge over your career that you’d like to pass along – or you simply have preferences about what good industry training looks like – you belong on this committee.
