Titlecast Episode 41: What is a Claim?

​CLTA is pleased to release its newest CLTA Titlecast, Episode 41 – What is a Claim?, brought to you by the CLTA Claims Awareness Committee.   This 20-minute presentation includes a review of applicatory regulatory timelines and emphasizes the importance for title professionals to recognize a potential claim and act promptly.  

This CLTA Titlecast episode is now on CLTA’s new Members-Only Titlecast education portal.  If you haven’t already, be sure to follow the directions below to set your new password in order to access CLTA’s educational Titlecast series, free to CLTA members.

• Step 1:  Click on:  Reset Your Password
• Step 2:  Enter your company email address
• Step 3:  Then click "Request Password Reset Email"
• Step 4:  You will then be sent an email to set a New Password

​​CLTA Titlecast episodes are available to Regular, Associate and Affiliate members as a direct membership benefit.  Access to the Titlecast Education Portal requires an active member user profile in our system.  If your colleagues are interested in accessing the Titlecast portal, please have them visit www.clta.org > About CLTA >  Create User Profile, and CLTA staff will establish a profile for new member users.
