The CLTA has blocked rooms at The Lodge at Torrey Pines at a discounted group rate for a Signature Guest Room along with other discounted room options - depending on current availability. Reservation Policies A deposit equal to one night’s room and taxes will be charged to a major credit card at the time the reservation is made in order to guarantee the reservation. You must cancel before 4pm, 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date for a deposit refund. Departures prior to the departure date confirmed at check-in will be subject to an early departure charge. The resort fee is discounted to $25 (regularly $60) for the CLTA convention if you make the reservation through the CLTA block. Self parking is complimentary and valet parking is $65 per day (subject to change). Guaranteed check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in is welcome if rooms are available. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. San Diego International Airport (SAN) The Lodge at Torrey Pines is located less than 20 miles from the San Diego International Airport. Taxis and public shuttles are always available directly at the airport along with rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft. Limousine and private transport services are also available. Please call the concierge to assist you in arranging these services in advance. |
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy. All cancellations received by April 15, 2026 will receive a refund less a $50 processing fee. NO REFUNDS will be granted after April 15th, however, registrations may be transferred. Refunds will not be granted for no-shows.
