About the La Jolla Art & Wine Tour
We invite you to join fellow Convention attendees for an exclusive and memorable afternoon in La Jolla — one of the most picturesque coastal communities in San Diego. Known for its stunning ocean views, world-class art galleries, upscale boutiques, and exceptional dining, La Jolla provides the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable Art & Wine experience.

The afternoon begins with a 2:00 p.m. motor coach departure from The Lodge at Torrey Pines for a scenic 10-mile drive to the iconic La Jolla Cove. From there, guests will enjoy a curated tour featuring two distinguished local art galleries, each offering docent-led presentations highlighting the featured collections.  

At the first gallery, guests will be welcomed with a glass of prosecco. The second gallery will host a guided tasting of three locally curated wines. A charcuterie board with light accompaniments will be available as we conclude the experience before returning to The Lodge.  The tour is about 1 mile in total in walking - we'll start down at La Jolla Cove and then walk up into the village (there is a small hill or stairs that the group will take). It's a casual stroll but comfortable walking shoes are recommended. 

Motor coach transportation will return guests to The Lodge at Torrey Pines at approximately 4:30 p.m.

While light appetizers will be provided, guests are encouraged to enjoy lunch prior to departure. The group will meet in the hotel lobby before boarding the scheduled transfer.

Reservation Policies
The reservation fee of $175 includes all fees, along with beverages and snacks. Full refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation. If an attendee needs to cancel their La Jolla Group Tour reservation, full refunds are available through April 15th. After April 15th, registrations may be transferred to another individual. Refunds WILL NOT be issued after April 15, 2026.

Cancellation Policy:   Cancellation Policy.  All cancellations received by April 15, 2026 will receive a refund less a $50 processing fee.  NO REFUNDS will be granted after April 15th, however, registrations may be transferred. Refunds will not be granted for no-shows.
