Icebreaker Reception

This year’s Icebreaker Reception will take place outdoors on the beautiful Vineyard Terrace, while you enjoy the views of the surrounding vineyard. Plentiful hors d’oeuvres and refreshing libations will be served in this idyllic setting while you network with peers.

Business Program

A great business program is planned for Monday morning, with knowledgeable speakers slated to discuss the industry's hottest topics, as well as an update from ALTA on the industry at a national level. Enjoy a refreshing continental breakfast prior to the Business Program with service beginning at 8:00am.

CLTA Golf Tournament

Following the Business Program, CLTA s Annual Shotgun Golf Tournament takes place off-site at Eagle Vines, a challenging, Johnny Miller partially-designed 18-hole golf course. Unencumbered by surrounding homes, Eagle Vines is just pure golf in nature. At 6,897 yards from the blue tees, it is a par 72 course with three par fives over 500 yards and six par fours over 400 yards. Golfers should find the course to be a challenging and rewarding golf experience no matter their level of play.

CLTA Wine Tour

We will visit the impressive Hall St. Helena winery and tasting room! We invite you to join a select group of fellow Convention attendees for this unforgettable experience at CLTA’s Wine Tour and Tasting. You will then be guided through the beautifully restored historic Bergfeld building, see pieces in the extensive art collection, and learn about the Hall philosophy of precision grape growing and wine making. Your tour will conclude in a private salon for a seated tasting of four of Hall’s award winning artisan wines. Attendees will leave directly from the Meritage for an array of fine wines and light eats.

President's Dinner / Closing Ceremonies

The evening begins with a reception in the Oakville Terrace outside the Carneros Ballroom. Then on into the Carneros Ballroom to honor the CLTA’s outgoing and incoming Presidents.
