Program Information
Where is the convention held each year?
The CLTA Annual Convention is held in the first half of each year and alternates between Southern California and Northern/Central CA every other year.
Who attends the CLTA Convention?
The CLTA Convention is the only title industry Convention held in California each year and is attended by the top-level decision makers. Approximately 150-175 registrants attend the Convention and include those from title insurers, underwritten title companies, affiliated industries and CLTA Board members

Why should my company sponsor the CLTA Convention?
If you do business with the title industry in California, you don’t want to miss this event. You will have the chance to network with the movers and shakers in the industry.
Do you have a trade show?
The CLTA Convention does not include a trade show, however, the below section details the numerous ways in which we maximize Sponsors’ exposure to Convention attendees.
Since you don’t have a trade show, how can I connect with the attendees?
- CLTA offers various networking opportunities for attendees, including the IceBreaker Reception on Sunday, Breakfast and Business Program on Monday, Reception and President’s Dinner on Monday evening, and Breakfast on Tuesday. The Monday afternoon tour (TBD) and the CLTA-PAC Silent Auction also provide chances for more personal interaction.
- All sponsors receive the attendee list, allowing them to send targeted emails before, during, or after the event
What benefits are Included with Sponsorship?
- Attendee List including full contact details
- Printed/Verbal recognition at designated events
- Opportunity to provide a promotional item in attendee goodie bags
- Opportunity to provide an Electronic Ad, to be shuffled at various times throughout the event
- Sponsor names/logos are listed on the CLTA website and included in various broadcast email distributions
- Sponsor recognition on sponsor attendee name badges
- Specific benefits corresponding to selected sponsorship packages (Platinum, Gold or Silver)
What Types of Sponsorships are available?
Please see the Sponsorship Opportunities & Packages information for more details. CLTA has three sponsorship levels to choose from so that Sponsors can select a level that fits their budget.
- Platinum Level | $5,000
- Gold Level | $3,000
- Silver Level | $2,000
- Optional Enhancement Opportunities (see more information below)
What are Enhancement Opportunities and are they free?
- Enhancement Opportunities provide additional ways to bring more exposure to your company. Specific Enhancements are tied to sponsorship levels.
- There are additional fees for the Enhancement Opportunities. See the Sponsorship Opportunities Packages for specific options and costs.
Are there speaking opportunities at the Convention?
- No, however, Platinum Sponsors ($5,000 level) can provide a 30-second company video to be shown to attendees during the Business Program.
- The CLTA staff works with the Board of Governors to create an informative Business Program in which attendees receive relevant and useful information.
Do sponsors receive free Convention registration?
Registration will be available in late February or early March.
- Platinum Sponsors receive TWO free registrations ($850 value)
- Gold Sponsors receive ONE free registration ($425 value)
- Complimentary registration(s) are not included with Silver Sponsorship
